Job Dilemma

Team member is lesser and workload is remain heavy all time...

New job opportunity knocking my door at this time, should I go full force prepare for the interview or commit and stay in this company...?

Jump ship: have to start everything over again, maybe with worst condition over new environment...

Stay: can have more decision making authority, but gonna buried alive by workload...
